  • This course is designed to improve your dog’s general body awareness, mobility, problem solving skills, confidence and engagement with you. You and your dog will learn how to negotiate obstacles by going around, over (including jumping), balancing on and through various types of equipment. Equipment will range from what may be encountered outdoors in urban settings, as well as in various dog sports that require these physical skills. This program does cater for dogs as young as 6 months of age. We adjust the program slightly for safety, but there are huge benefits to getting a younger dog into the program; including developing environmental confidence, physical confidence and handler engagement. Note: All dogs in the program need to have completed a Pro Dog class program or private lesson package prior to signing up.
    • Minimum of 6 months of age
    • 4 week course
    • 45 minutes classes.
    • There is a maximum of 5 dogs per class.
Important: There are no make-up sessions for missed classes.  All of our classes have staggered start dates and run at capacity; which doesn’t allow for make-up sessions. Please be sure you or a family member can attend each session.  There is no refund for missed sessions.
  • A long line is a key piece of equipment that you will need in the development of off lead reliability and a solid recall.  Please note that they do have an open ended handle which is by design, to ensure the lead doesn't catch on any objects as your dog runs. The Beefy Supergrip lead is the go-to lead for so many professional dog trainers. It is comfortable, grippy and gives you a high level of control. If you are dealing with a strong, hard to handle dog or just want comfort, this is the lead for you:
    • Orange, Blue, Black and yellow options
    • Extremely comfortable
    • High quality brass clip
    • 20mm width
    • 6m long
    • No handle (open ended)

  • The extendable Beefy Flirt Pole (come with 2 toy attachments) is the perfect puppy toy, to build drive and burn energy.  You can easily fold it down and put it in your pocket. You can also attach your own interactive toys, if your dog has a preference. This flirt pole is suitable for puppies, small and mid sized dogs. We don't recommend it for large adult dogs. The design is light and nimble for ease of use. Please Note: Use with care and seek professional assistance. Keep the game low and on the ground. Length when fully extended is: 68cm
    • 7cm x 12cm in size
    • Strong French linen material and stitching
    • Soft inside
    • Strong handle
    • Ideal for obedience training and dogs that are transitioning from a tug to a ball.
    • We advise you purchase two of these so you can interchange the toy during play. This helps avoid conflict in the game if your dog doesn’t willingly bring toys back.
    • Colour - blue/black combo & orange/black combo
French linen material is the trainers/dog sport enthusiast's choice to develop grip. It's soft on the dog's mouth and is easy to grip, which ultimately creates loads of fun/satisfaction in the game for the dog. Compare this to a firehose/hard toy where the dog slips off easily. We relate this to playing basketball with a ball covered in vaseline, which would be frustrating and ultimately not enjoyable. There is a time and place for those materials, they are just not our choice for building play/value in the handler. When used for the intended purpose(tug play) French linen will wear considerably well. All soft materials however do have a shelf life and you can expect to need new tugs now and then. Under no circumstances should a dog be allowed to take the tug away and start chewing on it with their carnassials(back molars). The carnassial teeth are capable of chewing through bone. They will make light work of nearly all tug toys. Made in Germany
